Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luck57 ("luck57," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the luck57 online gaming platform available at https://luck57.pro, including all associated services, games, betting products, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Eligibility

By registering on luck57, you warrant and represent that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. luck57 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the luck57 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, luck57 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and withhold or confiscate any funds or bonus balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account profile should any details change. luck57 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised such activity. You must notify luck57 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

luck57 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This process is a regulatory requirement and is designed to protect both the player and the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

luck57 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and USDT. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or their equivalent. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. luck57 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your luck57 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. luck57 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your account, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours, subject to KYC verification and fraud checks. luck57 reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

The functional currency of luck57 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits are made in an alternative currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. luck57 does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

luck57 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. All transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. luck57 reserves the right to suspend accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player where required by law or regulation.

Bonuses & Promotions

luck57 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, as published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. luck57 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its absolute discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• luck57 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players at luck57 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit and standard wagering requirements as detailed in the welcome offer terms at the time of registration. luck57 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering activity on luck57:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at luck57's absolute discretion. luck57 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without stating a reason.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked in for that bet.
• In the event of a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest pricing error, luck57 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface and are subject to change at luck57's discretion.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is completed within a period specified in the relevant sport-specific rules.
• PSL, international cricket, UFC, basketball, and all other sports covered on luck57 are subject to their own sport-specific rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on luck57 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, operate with physical equipment overseen by professional dealers.
• The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panel. Actual results may vary from the stated RTP due to the inherent variance of the games.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the game round will be completed as per the game's standard rules. If the disconnection prevents the round from completing, the bet will be returned to the player's account.
• luck57 reserves the right to void any casino game round where a software malfunction, error, or integrity issue is identified.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck57 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of bets and winnings, the forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under the age of 21, or facilitating the use of the Platform by any person under 21.
